Who can join ?

  • Membership is open to all individuals and families who are interested in organizing and participating in Cultural, Social and Entertainment programs conducted by FTS

Membership Plans

Membership Plan Fee Description
Family Membership 30€/Year* Family Membership includes two adults above 18 years of age + kids
Adult Individual Membership 20€/Year* Adult Individual who are above 18 years
Student Membership 10€/Year* Students with valid identity details from University/Student Union

Membership Terms and Conditions

  • Membership Duration: Membership is valid for one calendar year, beginning on January 1st and ending on December 31st.

  • Eligibility: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Application Process: Applications will be considered only after the membership fee has been paid. Members may withdraw their application within 14 days of payment by submitting a written request.

  • Approval: The decision to accept or reject a membership application lies solely with the Board.

  • Cancellation: To cancel membership for the upcoming calendar year, a written request must be submitted by November 30th of the current year.

  • Renewal & Transferability: Membership is non-transferable and will automatically renew for one year unless cancelled within the stipulated timeframe.

  • Conduct & Representation: Members must not use the name or platform of Frankfurt Tamil Sangam for personal or professional gain. Representation of the organization in media or public forums requires prior written approval from the Board.

  • Special Provision: New members who register after October 1st of the current year will have their membership extended through the end of the following calendar year.

    Membership Registration Process

    Step 1:
    Download the Membership Form (PDF) and email the completed form to: 📧 info@frankfurttamilsangam.com

    Step 2:
    Transfer the membership fee to the Frankfurt Tamil Sangam bank account:

    Step 3:
    Once both the completed form and payment are received, your membership will be processed and your Membership ID will be sent to you via email.
