Celebrate Tamil Culture, Support Our Mission

Frankfurt Tamil Sangam e.V. (FTS) is a non-profit organization based in Frankfurt, Germany, dedicated to preserving and promoting Tamil culture, language, and heritage. Founded in 2015, FTS proudly serves over 450 families and 1,000 members, and this year marks a special milestone as we celebrate our 10th anniversary.

As part of our commitment to preserving the richness of Tamil culture and supporting our community, we host various cultural events, sporting events, language classes, and educational initiatives. These activities are designed to provide cultural exchange, learning opportunities, and support for Tamil-speaking individuals and families residing in and around Frankfurt.

We invite your organization to join us as a sponsor and support our vibrant community!

Sponsorship Benefits

  1. Brand Visibility: Your company logo will be prominently displayed on event flyers, ensuring exposure to a broad audience.
  2. Event Presence: Display your banner at the event venue for further visibility.
  3. Product Display: For indoor events, we provide 1 or 2 tables with chairs where you can showcase your products.
  4. Promotional Material: Distribute your product flyers to attendees (Note: Direct sales during the event are not permitted).
  5. Exclusivity: Only one sponsor per business category to avoid conflicts of interest.
  6. Tax Benefit: As a registered non-profit associations, we will provide a receipt for your contribution after the donation is received.

Sponsorship Contribution:

  • Yearly Event – Sponsoring the association for a year
  • Event based (Only one events) – Sponsoring the association for a year

Important Notes

  • No Endorsement: Frankfurt Tamil Sangam e.V. does not endorse or promote any sponsor products or offerings. Our role is to offer a platform for sponsors based on the provided sponsorship categories.
  • Usage of Stall: The allocated stall can only be used for consulting purposes. Signing contracts or agreements during the event is not permitted.
  • No Fundraising: Sponsors are prohibited from collecting donations at the event.
  • Non-Political & Non-Religious: FTS is a neutral, non-political, non-religious, and non-partisan organization. All sponsors should respect this stance.
  • Compliance with Event Guidelines: Sponsors are expected to follow event rules, including setup locations, speaking times, and other agreed-upon sponsorship terms.
